Acid Wash vs Resurface on a Orlando Pool: What to Consider

Acid washing removes a thin layer of plaster to reveal fresh surface. It can work on mildly stained but structurally sound plaster — common on older Windermere and Maitland pools.
Each acid wash shortens remaining plaster life. If your Orlando pool has already been acid washed multiple times, or the plaster is thin, resurfacing is often recommended.
